Next you need to get scissors, dowels, glue, rags, paper and string. Now cut the paper. Then glue the string around the edge. After that put a dowel on and reinforce it with the tape. Next tie the string on to the dowels. Finally, you can fly your kites. Here is a safety tip do not fly your kite by trees or by wires.
