Do you know how to make a kite? First listen to directions. Second make a list of supplies. Then check the list to see what you need. Next get scissors, dowels, glue, rags, paper and string. Then cut the paper. Then glue the string around the perimeter of the kite. After that put the dowels in a "T" shape on. Then reinforce the kite with tape. After that, tie the string on the dowels of the kite. Finally fly the kite and enjoy. For safety, never, ever, ever fly the kite near a tree or power lines.
