Here is how to mae a kite. First listen to directions. second make a list of supplies. Then check the list to see what we need. Now get scissors, give paper dowels an string.
Next cut the paper. Glue string around the perimetr edge. Put dowels on. Reinforce. Tie string. At last fly the kite safely.
